Christine Vialars was admitted to the Paris bar in 1987. She holds Postgraduate Diplomas in Business Law and International Commercial Law (University of Paris I).

She started her career as a in-house lawyer in multinational companies in the International Contracts Department at Sanofi and subsequently in the Human Resources Department of a company in the Unilever Group.

She subsequently joined Thierry Garby’s law firm in 1988, where she became a partner in 1989. At LERINS AVOCATS, she specializes in international banking law and enforcement procedures by assisting foreign banks with their French operations.

She also heads the Labour Law Department. In this respect, her clients are mainly SMEs and foreign companies which she advises on recruitment, monitoring labour contracts, organising and managing staff representation, staff training, termination of labour contracts and litigation before the labour Tribunals. She is advising them for employment contracts as well as litigation issues.

Christine Vialars actively participates in professional organisations : ACE, AIJA, University of Lawyers (Université des Avocats), Banking Club (Club Banque)) in relation to banking and Labour Law.
